La Habra Heights, CA - During the public comment section of the January 13, 2011 La Habra Heights City Council meeting, former city official Mrs. Jean Good Lietzau went on the attack. She railed against members of the press, a city council candidate and the candidate's wife. In addition, she maliciously accused a nonprofit organization for including a link to the Boycott La Habra Heights Improvement Association blog. For the sake of civility, protecting the innocent, and for those who can’t fight her fabrications, we have condensed her comments. On the videotape you'll hear the portion where she calls for a crackdown against journalists by law enforcement authorities, and takes issues with websites reporting on all the terrible things she's done. This was much like the case in the City of Bell where the City used police department officers to intimidate or prosecute individuals who asked too many questions about civic matters. Mrs. Lietzau advocated for the misuse of police powers and went as far as to call upon Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca to stop the reporting and circulation of information she does not agree with. In terms of Mrs. Good Lietzau’s comment regarding her individual safety, the only fear she should be concerned with is from G-d sending a bolt of lightning down from the heavens for spewing deceit and hate against her neighbors.
